What documents will I need?
License and Medicare card are required for identification.
Depending on your loan purpose and employment status the required documents will vary.
For employees we generally require your most recent two payslips and group certificates.
For self employed applicants we will need your last two years financials and tax returns or for our Low Doc loans you will just require a BAS or an accountants declaration for your proof of income.
Finally proof of your funds/deposit to complete purchase or existing loan statements for refinance applications.
